The Local Offer is an online hub of information, all about the services, organisations and support available to children and young people, with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Every Local Authority across England must have their own Local Offer, and is created, and reviewed, in collaboration with partners across health, education and social care, and with parents/carers and young people.

On the Local Offer you’ll find webpages with information about topics such as:

• Support with learning (including EHC plans)

• Post-16 options

• Health

• Travel

• Transport

You’ll also find a directory of organisations offering services to children and young people with SEND, and their families including:

• Support and advice

• Groups & activities

• Short breaks

• List of all the specialist schools and education providers across Salford
