A bit about me… My name is Sarah and I’m 36 years old, I live in the Donwell area of Washington with my two Children Lewis 15 & Tia 9, along with our two family Dogs, Casper the Labrador and little Nancy (or piglet as she’s became to be known) the Frenchie mix. Please don't let them put you off they are very friendly and will also have there own secure area so children could be introduced gradually if you wanted.

I am a newly Ofsted registered childminder, with a Level 3 & 4 childminding qualification. I also hold an EYFS Teaching level 3 qualification and I am Paediatric First Aid trained and continuously take part in courses to further my development, including ASD and ADHD Awareness, along with child development courses. My background has been mainly office and people management but I have always had a love of children and you can usually find me spending the weekends taking friends children with us on day trips and adventures, as well as looking after my 1yr old twin nephews. I love being outdoors and discovering new places to visit. I have always wanted to work with children so I took the jump and left my job to give me time to get all the training I needed to help little people develop and grow to be school ready. As a full time working single mother myself I understand how difficult it can be to find childcare and most importantly with someone you trust.
