Media Savvy CIC was established in 2010 and is based in Sunderland City-Centre. Our aim to serve some of the 'hardest-to-reach' groups in our community, including those with poor physical / mental health, ex-offenders, learning disabilities and also the long-term unemployed.

We do this via a range of informal and accredited courses and workshops, often utilising a 'learning by stealth' approach in order to most effectively reach individuals. Our provision incorporates transferable softer life skills alongside core employability skills, with the view to help individuals back into meaningful activities, such as volunteering, further education / training or formal employment / self-employment.
