Debra has had 13 year’s experience working in childcare. She has two year’s experience working as a sessional crèche worker and eleven years as a crèche manager looking after children aged 0 – 5 years.

Debra has done many courses over the years and has her Level 4 NVQ in Children’s Care and Learning and Development.

She is committed to providing a first class standard of childcare for all children in partnership with their parents/carers. Her aims are to create a happy, comfortable fun environment, where each child will have the opportunity to enhance their physical, intellectual and emotional development through play. She believes social skills are of great importance.

Debra will encourage positive attitudes and consideration for others. She will make the time in her care an enjoyable experience for children.

In her facility play will consist of free play, child led and adult led activities where children can experience and experiment and find out for themselves. This is achieved by following the Early Years Foundation Stage.
