Antenatal Parent Programme

The Tobacco Dependence Service is an NHS service which provides a weekly clinic at Family Hubs for pregnant people who would like support to quit smoking from friendly advisors. The first appointment is for an hour and follow up appointments are half an hour. Referral method: You need to be referred by your midwife, preferably at your booking appointment but we would also support you if you were referred after then too.

Our Aqua-natal classes are a fabulous activity for mummies to be. they are expertly designed Aqua-natal programmes that take a holistic approach to an expectant mums' physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth.For more information and to book your slots call 0191 416 6642 please note there is a charge of £4.20.

Aqua Natal

Parents aged 22 or under A dedicated friendly group for parents aged between 14 years and 22 years old, to have fun and socialise. The sessions include sensory play, messy play, arts, and crafts, cooking and much more.
