What children need to grow up happy and healthy: Looking at key factors that influence on parenting and exploring what children need to feel safe, loved and supported. It highlights the importance of play and quality time in strengthening relationships and gives a simple overview of developmental milestones and how you can support your child at specific points in their development.

For children’s emotional development it is important that parents and carers are able to manage their emotions. This snapshot aims to help us understand why this happens and what we can do about it.
