Come and take part in a 4 week programme with your little one. Baby yoga is not “yoga” in the traditional sense. It is the use of various poses and positions to promote baby’s general health and wellbeing, as well as providing an excellent opportunity for you to bond with your baby, build confidence in how you use your body and how you handle your baby.
This is especially helpful for those living with post partum mental health issues.
